Update: LASTMA Official Beats Up A Lady At Fagba Roundabout Agege Lagos

The lady beaten up by a LASTMA official controlling traffic at Fagba roundabout, Iju Ifako area of Lagos State has been identified as Folashade Salami, a 30-year-old.

According to MIGHTY CEE BLOG reporter, Folashade was driving from Abule-egba route towards Fagba junction where the LASTMA officials usually stay to control traffic manually due to the ineffective of the traffic light at the junction.

However, the lady then discovered that the officer in question is allegedly collecting money from the commercial drivers coming from Agege route, which contributed to the serious traffic jam for the vehicles coming out of Abule-egba.

Folashade then challenged the LASTMA officer for his unprofessional act, but suddenly, the officer slapped her while she was on steering, dragged her out of her car and beat her up to the level that her nose was bleeding.

Later, Policemen attached to the area quickly intervened and took Folashade and traffic enforcement officer to their station (RED HOUSE) to resolve the matter.

All our reporter's efforts to get the LASTMA official's name was proved abortive as his colleagues quickly covered his tag for uneasy identification.
